É usado para falar de ações que foram planejadas para o futuro.

She is going to the beach tomorrow.

IS GOING TO: está indo

O going to sera formado junto com o verb to be 

AM –IS – ARE + going to

O verbo que será colocado na frente será sempre na forma básica. 

Sujeito da frase + to be + going to + verbo 

Exemplo

She is going to go home

I am going to dance tonight 

They are going to buy a laptop

Adicione o NOT  depois do verbo to be .

Sujeito da frase + to be + not  + going to + verbo 

Exemplo

She is not going to go home

I am not going to dance tonight 

They are not going to buy a laptop

Coloque o TO BE antes do sujeito

to be + Sujeito da frase +  going to + verbo 

Exemplo

is She going to go home ?

am I going to dance tonight ?

are They going to buy a laptop ?
